Buck Fuffalo

Buck Fuffalo

Buck Fuffalo, whose name by birth is actually more difficult to pronounce than his stage name, originally started at open mics in Fort Worth and Austin.

He quickly found success in branching out into the Texas Music Scene with his ability to entertain audiences with his Roger Miller-like balance of humor and thoughtful songwriting. But that's not anywhere near every ingredient that makes up the formidable cocktail known as Buck Fuffalo. His songwriting has the humorous catchiness of John Prine, mixed with a dash of Marty Robbins, and a sprinkle of Kristofferson. His persona can be characterized as a sometimes wilder days of Harry Nilsson.

Buck's style and musical influences are an engaging combination of Folky Americana and Red Dirt Country. He is lightheartedly unique and playful just as his name implies. And writes songs that not only make everyone in the crowd happy, but more importantly... make him happy.

He's not settling for anything. His songs are everything from gunfighter anthems, to side-splitting comedy sing alongs. The world is filled with songwriters who have one singular personality. Buck Fuffalo may the only true songwriter out there with multiple personalities.

Far from being the Norm... But what's so great about being the Norm...
