General Admission Tickets will go on sale July 12, 2023.

The venue is the Concert Pavilion at the Rodeo Grounds in Coleman, Texas.

Food and Beverage Service is available in the Concert Pavilion and no outside food or beverage is allowed. If you are camping in the RV section, you are welcome to have food and drink at your campsite, but no food, bev, or coolers are permitted inside the concert venue.

Yes, this is an Outdoor Event. We have a "Plan B" if the weather turns against us, but we cannot make that decision until very close to show time.

Yes, we have 20+ RV Sites are on the festival grounds. Each campsite has electricity and water hookups. Prices are $150 for 30amp service or $200 for 50amp service. Campground will open on Thursday evening after 3pm and will be available until Sunday evening at 3pm.

This is a 21 and over event.

On Friday and Saturday, two (2) yet to be determined food trucks will be operating towards the back of the General Admission seating area. On Saturday evening, our VIPs and Sponsors will enjoy a catered meal in the VIP Lounge prior to the show.

If you are sitting at a Sponsor Table, you will not need lawn chairs. If you are holding a General Admission ticket, seating is first come, first serve. We do have some banquet tables and picnic tables in the General Admission area, but we would also encourage you to bring lawn chairs if you like.

The music will begin each evening at around 7:30pm or a few minutes after sundown. The first 2 sets are 45 minutes to an hour in duration and the 3rd set (Headliner) each evening will begin at approximately 10pm. This final set is slated for 75 to 90 minutes, so we should be wrapped up by midnight or before.

The dress code is very casual, but shoes and shirts are required.

There is no fee for parking and Valet Parking will be available on a "tip only" basis. Also, courtesy Golf Carts will be roaming the parking lot offering rides to the Concert Pavilion.

Pets are allowed in the camping area, but not inside the concert venue. Documented service animals, however, are an exception.

If the weather service is predicting rain, we will move the entire event into the adjacent Stock Show Barn. This is a great alternative when the weather does not cooperate.

No motorized vehicles of any kind are allowed.

The facility is compliant with Handicap Access standards.

Because we will not begin until just after sundown, you may want to pack your golf clubs and enjoy a round of golf at Coleman Country Club, or bring your boat and do some late summer water skiing or fishing during the day. Coleman also has 2 great disc golf courses in town and lots of great downtown shopping.
